Anne Smyth is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2008. She completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University in 2009. Recently relocating from Kenora to Sudbury, she specializes in sports massage and rehabilitation, though her expertise is not limited to it. Anne's deep passion for weightlifting, yoga, rock climbing, hiking and running not only keeps her physically fit but also deepens her understanding of the importance of self-care and holistic wellness.
